    Also a rebooted PC ..All I get is a "stopped Working" screen

    This morning Neo prompted me to update which I did and now it won't launch.. It starts then crashes.. Tried uninstalling a  reinstalling but that didn't fix anything  ..Any thoughts on what to try ...

    Fully agree with the above. I pre bought Neo only to find  out that it doesn't use Plug-ins..My bad.  Still using Luminar 4. The failure to include plug-ins will push people to other platforms...

    Please add Topaz plugins to Neo. I bought Neo not knowing that plugins don't work. Without that capability Neo hold little value to me and have only used it a couple of times. Seems like a good pie...
