Batch processing quality issue

When I batch process hdr photos the quality is awful and it converts my raw file to jpeg. If I individually click and merge same photos crisp look great and still raw.

Batch processing saving issues on MacBook

When I pick a folder to save the batch processed photos I can not find them. If I process one by one the interface is completely differant gives me options to open in photos.
