Well the crazy part is that Luminar HAD this feature before!! It got removed when they did an update. They probably thought it was a bug. But it was a useful feature :-(

My installation worked and I am not connected to a VPN. I just followed the directions in the email and it worked

It worked for me, but I am at home, I'm not sure what the difference is.

the Luminar download worked for me. When I got my email, I installed just fine and I didn't need a VPN. I'm not sure if there is something different about my IP address.

I got my email with Luminar at 3:40 pm EST and I live on the East Coast if that helps.

The good: I received mine at 3:40 pm EST and I live on the east coast of the US. I installed it and played with it for the last couple of hours. So far so good, it sees my whole library from Lumi...

And don't forget one of the more important ones, syncing added image layers. As I explained above, this is a surprisingly useful feature.
