I'm not about to uninstall any working programs in the hope that Neo will launch.....I'd like to select the best program for my use,and as of now with Neo not launching there is no way to evaluate/...

they give me the same old same old workarounds,nothing works to launch Neo...and they still claim it's fixed?...can't even launch Neo to see how troublesome the new program is..and perhaps there is...

I should have stayed clear of this software,but took a chance with "early bird" price.....Luminar 4 worked great,AI was full of bugs for me.Why would I believe Neo would be a good idea is beyond me...

really is a joke....tried latest "fix" from support,and still same issue of not launching...sent another error log file,maybe will get an answer this time?

same here,just downloaded Neo on windows 10 Dell PC...Neo will not open
