Initially AI opened, pictures donwloaded, now program is frozen and won' even open. So I bought a 2nd seat. Can I uninstall seat 1 and put in the 2nd seat? Will it be different and maybe it open?

It worked for a few days on my pc. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it will not open . I own at least 5 Skylum products and this is the worst. I even bought this Skylum membership......a lot of go...
