They will - I got mails from the support team. Try to deinstall it, remove all files and folders, install version 4.2.0 - then it should work again.But this window is annoying it comes all the time...

OK - found an old version 4.2.0. Removed the 4.3.0 "update" crap totally, installed the old version 4.2.0 and skip the update message.

i did restart the PC several times.No help with admin rights.Free space 1,54 TB
