Crashes upon initialising Lightroom, when it checks the plugins I assume. Didn't happen with previous version.

I'm sorry to say that installing .NET 4.8 has not improved the situation.

It was the 4.1 update. All I can say is that before it crashes I notice the interface becoming a little bit sluggish. I suspect the sky replacement filter is a factor but it may be a coincidence.
