Just right click on the image to be sent to Photos then select: Open In…The edited photo will be under 'Imported' in Photos.

I use one catalog for all my images but export my final edits to Apple Photos as TIFF files.

I usually move it back to the original stacking order. Never noticed a big change unless one of the layers was a luminosity mask.

I just create a bunch of untitled folders ahead in the Luminar catalog and number them. Import to one empty folder then just rename the folder to reflect the content. Whatever you like.
