I'm a very dissatisfied user of Luminar 4. I bought specifically for portrait retouching. The program is very slow, and the portrait AI is terrible! I've been requesting a refund without any response from the Skylum support.

Crtl Z does not work!!
AnsweredPlaying around with this program has been frustrating. Extremely slow at EVERYTHING. Now discovered Ctrl Z does not work - using clone stamp tool.

I find the program excruciatingly slow just by itself and worse with LR. Haven't tried in PS yet.
