Disabled the vpn, turned on firewall and antivirus and it suddenly worked. Not going to question why or how. 20+ attempts later it's installed.

My wife has identical PC build on same network and was able to install without issue. Yet I'm still "not connected to the internet". Still no response from support 😔

Tried everything mentioned here including the offline installer, still get the same message.

On windows it does not work: it's asking for the internet connection, but the connection is ok, no blocking from a firewall. Having same problem. Located in New Zealand. Disabled firewall/antiv...
