WILD THUNDERSTORMS add-on template won't download
AnsweredI contacted Skylum, but they didn't help. The Wild Thundersorms template is not an .itc file, it is a TIFF file and it won't download to Luminar AI. Any suggestions?

Unlike Luminar 4, will Luminar AI allow me to export?
AnsweredLuminar 4 would not allow me to export finished images. Has Skylum fixed this glitch with Luminar AI? I won't purchase another Skylum product until I am confident that this won't happen again.

I reinstalled Luminar 4 and I tried Luminar 4 today and nothing has changed. Everything freezes after I export the image. Also, now, my plug-ins won't open.

Luminar 4 causes my iMac to freeze
AnsweredI had to stop using Luminar 4 because it kept causing my iMac to freeze up. Has anyone else had this issue?

Luminar 4 keeps freezing
AnsweredLuminar 4 keeps freezing after I download the finished image. I have to do a hard restart on my iMac. It freezes everything. Anyone else experience this?

My Luminar 4 worked for about 15 minutes until I lost my TOOLS shortcut. I no longer have the link to ERASE CLONE or CROP.
