But after I waited a year without aupport we should get an upgrade to 4 as a courtesy since I have been unable to use the software.

I agree as I purchase v3 and was never able to use for lack of cr3 support so went back to Adobe and should be given v4 to try to win me back. Feel scammed.

I agree. Wasted $$ on Luminar 3 and still no support therefore did not use and now they talk about a paid upgrade to v4? I already had to go back to Adobe so I will not return until there is support.
