Neo problem with Nvidia graphiics card.

I purchased Lumiar Neo and installed it and it worked fine. I bought it because was interested in the Sky replacement feature. I tried that feature successfully many times. Then I downloaded the newest version. It never worked again after that. Every time I tried to replace a sky it crashed with the same pop up that said the Nvidia card was to blame. I spent a lot of time with Lumiar customer service being told multiple times that it wasn't the Neo program. I requested a refund and received a request to download more information. I suspect that I wasn't the only one to be having this problem. I am so unsatisfied with the company's reaction to my problem that I gave up and removed the software from my computer. I plan to wait for another new version of the software to see if the problem is fixed before I just give up and consider it was money badly spent.

As for the refund, as far as I can see, the support agent couldn't locate your purchase (as it is not associated with the email address you used to contact us), that's why we asked you to provide more information so we could find it.
Kindly provide our support team with as much of the information as possible so they could locate your purchase. If it falls under the 30-day guarantee period, they'll issue a refund.
