    I'm really sorry to hear about your issue.

    As for the refund, as far as I can see, the support agent couldn't locate your purchase (as it is not associated with the email address you used to contact us), that's why we asked you to provide more information so we could find it.

    Kindly provide our support team with as much of the information as possible so they could locate your purchase. If it falls under the 30-day guarantee period, they'll issue a refund.
