When I upgraded from Windows 11 22H1 to 22H2, Luminar AI stopped working
AnsweredHello,
Luminar AI stopped working after I upgraded from Windows 11 22H1 to 22H2.
I am also having no issues with Luminar Neo.
Luminar AI closes immediately after opening for the first time. In an attempt to repair the system, I used the installation program. After uninstalling, restarting, and reinstalling Luminar AI, it did not work.
It still did not work after removing the folder from /user/AppData/Roaming/Luminar AI and reinstalling it.
I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi James wiliams,
Could you please send us event logs?
- Reproduce the issue.
- Press the Windows logo key + R.
- Type eventvwr in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard.
- In the window that opens click the triangle next to Windows Logs on the left. A directory tree should open.
- Click Application in the directory tree.
- In the main part of the window find the two topmost entries marked with Error named Application Error and .NET Runtime.
- Hold CTRL and click your left mouse button on each entry to select them both.
- Right-click on any of the two selected entries and click Save Selected Events.
- Name the file, save it, and attach to an email to our support - support@skylum.com.
