Neo will not stay open

I have just updated Luminar Neo and the the software only opens for less than a second and closes again. The one time it stayed open, no menus were accessible. Is this a known problem?

  Same problem as Carl, installed Luminar 1.6.0.10791 update and software only opens for less than a second and closes again, no menus are accessible during the 1 second

  I tried Luminar Neo uninstall and reinstall and it still has the same problem unfortunately.
