Cannot add single picture nor a folder

When I run Luminar Neo as Standalon-application, I want to add a picture or a folder. But whenever I try, it does not add any picture from my local disc. It does not add any JPG or Raw-Images. So I cannot use Luminar at all.

I am running Luminar 1.5.1 on Windows 11 and have tried to repair installation, deleted it and reinstalled it again. No changes.

Any advice how to proceed?
