Processing problem

I will process my photo and when I am finished I bring it up and nothing is showing changed.  Its the original photo with no changes made to it.   Is this a glitch in the program and if so how do I fix this problem.. I'm spending time processing my photo and to have this happen is really disappointing..  It just started doing this in the last few weeks..  Hope you can help me.. Thanks

  Hi Terri Carr,

  Did you notice any pattern? Maybe a specific tool causes the issue to occur?

  Or, maybe, it happens with images of a specific format/size?

  Terri,

    Luminar Neo is a non-destructive editor, meaning that it makes no changes to your original image file. You need to Export a copy of the edited image file which will save the edited version as a new file.  Does that help, or is your question different?
