NEO will not update

Every time there is an update I am informed about it, and can push a update button. I push the install button in the end. It says the program is installing, but the program never gets installed.
I downloaded the msi extension. That did not help. Support sent me another one. A bit more complicated. But it heled once. I cannot use it for the next update to version 1.5.1. Seams I must wait for one more well-meaning attempt from support. But that takes time.
It is, however, very frustrating to have this problem every time. Especially since the program is updated quite often. And there are never similar problems with the Adobe apps.

Please note that you need to download a fresh installer via this link, then unzip it and run the .msi file from the unzipped folder:

Also, you may want to check the following:
1. Add Luminar Neo to the list of your antivirus and firewall exceptions.
2. Ensure that you use an admin account: https://oit.ncsu.edu/it-security/antivirus/how-to-tell-if-you-are-an-administrator/
