    Thanks for your reply. There was really no mail in my inbox. I checked also the spam folder. The mail yesterday and the copy from September 12 I recieved. Now let`s go to start again.

    The most important problem is the banding mostly in the sky after export a landscape image to disk. I found no workarround to avoid this. The other bugs are irksome but I can live with this time. What I also found is a visible banding during AI selection that only occurs after export in the image not after ending of the selection in NEO. I will send you a screencast. 

    For all the other bugs I will contact the support.

    Hi Andreas,

    This issue is a known one, we hope to address it in the upcoming updates.

    Hi Kate,

    first time we discussed the problem was May 31. I hope that it will be solved very soon. For the other problems I opened a dialog with the support again.
