Tool(s) missing in Luminar Neo

I own Luminar AI as well (since 2 days) Luminar Neo. In Luminar AI I have a tool called "Bildbearbeitung" (Image processing?) which is absolutely missing in Luminar Neo! 

If that is not a bug - the buying of Luminar Neo was worthless  :((
