Toutes mes photos disparaissent dans Luminar Neo

Bonjour,

Je suis titulaire d'une licence avec Luminar Neo + luminar Ai.

Systématiquement quand je modifie une image avec Luminar Neo,  toutes mes photos disparaissent les unes après les autres ! Elle se mettent dans la rubrique modifications perdues ! 

Je n'ai jamais rencontré ce problème avec Luminar Ai. 

J'ai désinstallé le logiciel puis de nouveau installé, mais le problème persiste. Pouvez vous m'aider ???

  This problem occurs mainly when you edit an image, and rename it only afterwards. Since renaming is not possible in Luminar (why not???), you have to do it in the folder where your images are located. But if you have already edited the images, Luminar then doesn't recognize the images or the edits. You could bypass everything, if only it would be possible to rename images in Luminar...but why should it be so easy, when all the competition already does it...?
