    Hello Robert,

    what hardware are you using? Intel or Apple Silicon? What processor, how much RAM, internal or external storage, SSD? How long did you wait before cancelling the function?

    Intel processor, 32Gb ram, external HD storage. I waited 3-4 minutes before giving up.

    Hi Robert,

    it is not clear which CPU?

    HD is much too slow. External storage media are unsuitable, Skylum has already pointed this out many times in the forum. A fast internal SSD should be used.

    If that is the case, I would have to move individual files to my internal SSD every time I want to use SuperSharp. Probably not worth the bother, so I may request a refund.

    • Press the Windows logo key + R.

    • Type msinfo32 in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard. 

    • In the window that opens, make sure you have System Summary highlighted on the left.

    • Click File > Export.

    • Type the file's name (you can choose any you like), save it somewhere where you can easily find it, and attach this text file to your reply to this email.

    As well as a screenshot of your Luminar Neo catalog structure.
