4 EXTENSION FOR WHICH LUMINAR NEO VERSION 1.5.0 ARE ELIGIBLE

I purchased he lifetime license of Luminar Neo Update 5 version 1.5.0. It is advertised that this update is eligible for 4 extensions, howeever when I click extensions button, I am asked to purchase the extension. This is contrary to my understanding before I purchased the software. I feel that I have been misled.

Can someone from team Skylum help me
