Re the ver 1.5.0 and extensions

Hi folks I have purchased  all the extensions . I now see them on the right hand side of the  screen  can see the 3 down the right hand side  when I try to use  the bottom one think it's upscale I can drag an image  into it , but can scroll down screen to  click on the action to take  using macbook air  M1 . It just won't let me scroll down to click on it .

Could it be the display size on the Mac not sure what it's ment to be for Neo , many thanks  folks

  Hi John - The scroll bar should appear if you hover a cursor over the right panel and scroll a bit first.

  Agatha , thank you , I have load a lot of pictures to gallery . I can scroll through all the pictures using the down arrow , 

  It looks as though all the program does not fit into the screen . Not sure what  Neo screen resolution  size should be in relation to the macbook air M1 .

  Hi John! Let's try reinstalling Luminar Neo. We recommend doing a full uninstall with AppCleaner. AppCleaner is a free app that automatically removes not only applications but also the related files, making 'clean' uninstall easy.

  • Download AppCleaner from here (click this text to open the link).
  • Install AppCleaner and start it.
  • Drag Luminar from your Applications folder into the AppCleaner window. When removing Luminar, mark all the files and folders on the list, except for RTW788AXG3.com.skylum.luminarNeo
  • Once you've uninstalled Luminar Neo, restart your Mac and download a fresh version of Luminar from here:
