    Hi Razi,

Could you please kindly confirm the exact steps that you performed when trying to open the image? Do you see an error message when you launch Luminar Neo?

    Let's try the following solution:

    1. Make sure Luminar Neo is closed.
    2. Locate your Luminar Neo Catalog folder. The default location is %username%\Pictures\. If you specified a custom location for your catalog, search your custom location.
    3. Rename the Luminar Neo Catalog folder as well as the Luminar Neo Catalog.luminarneo file inside this folder. Choose any name you like.
    4. Launch Luminar Neo and choose to Create a New Catalog. Leave the location of the catalog at the default (in the Pictures folder).

As for the Supersharp AI, the two additional options will be added to the extension in future updates.

    Hi Razi, Margaret,

I also only have the "motion blur" option with Super Sharp AI, no drop down menu.

    Regards

    Mark

Thank you for your reply - every time I have create a new folder for Luminar Neo to keep it open and edit pictures - as soon I closed the app - I have to create another folder by deleting the previous one

Hi Mark - The rest of the options in Supersharp AI are put through additional refinement procedures now, and will be available in the next updates.
