    Hi Jesus Municio!

    Extensions are not activated separately; they become available once you activate your Luminar Neo Pro on your device. Could you please tell me if this is, by any chance, the third computer you're trying to activate the subscription on? I see that you've used 2 of your available activations, so I've reset the counter. Please get back to us at skylum.com/support if this doesn't help.

    What has happened is that I have formatted the main computer and when I went to open Luminar Neo it installed the new version, but it is only installed on daily computers. can you fix it?
