Trialing Luminar - Edits lost - lots of triagles and some blanks
AnsweredWas getting to grips with luminar NEO on the trial this evening when it crashed.
I restarted and now many of the edits I have applied are gone, some of the imges just show up as blank or with some strange dark mask over them and all edited images I can see, have triangles with excalimation marks in them.
Im running Windows 10 fully patched on an I7-6700K with 24Gb RAM.
The edits are on Olympus RAW files .ORF and some exported .jpgs.
Is there some easy fix for this or should I look elsewhere for photo edit software.

Hi there,
Let's try to restore from the backup.- Make sure Luminar is closed.
- Locate your Luminar Neo Catalog folder. The default location is C:\Users\%username%\Pictures. If you specified a custom location for your catalog, search your custom location.
- Rename the Luminar Neo Catalog folder. Choose any name you like.
Try to launch Luminar Neo and create a new catalog. If you're able to load the app, please, try the following steps:
- Make sure Luminar Neo is closed.
- Navigate to where your previous catalog is stored.
- Locate the Backups folder in the catalog and open it.
- In the Backups folder, select a file that has been created prior to when you encountered the issue with the library and copy the file somewhere where you can easily access it.
- Rename the file you just copied by adding the following after the file name (omit quotes): '.luminarneo'.
- Start Luminar Neo.
- Click Luminar Neo >File > Catalog > Open > point Luminar to the file from Step 5.
