EXtremely slow rendering in Supersharp Ai or Noiseless Ai

Hi all,

I'm finding that the Ai analysis of RAW files in Noiseless Ai or Supersharp Ai is extremely slow.  For example, a current raw files of 20 Mb is taking 4-10 minutes to render when I first use Noiseless Ai or Supersharp Ai.  When I open the same file in ON1, the file is rendered within 1 minute.  Are any of you running into the same issue?  What are the possible fixes?

  Please contact our support team https://skylum.com/support and we will do our best to take a closer look at what’s going on right away.

  Could you please let us know your hardware configuration?

  • Press the Windows logo key + R.

  • Type msinfo32 in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard. 

  • In the window that opens, make sure you have System Summary highlighted on the left.

  • Click File > Export.

  • Type the file's name (you can choose any you like), save it somewhere where you can easily find it, and attach this text file to your email.
