camera profiles and frequent crashes

Hi,

In develop RAW I can't choose between different camera profiles... Using a Canon EOS M50 mark 2.

Luminar NEO also shuts down often and runs very slow. It mainly shuts down when it's busy executing a task, for example spot removal or working with different layers.

System specs: Intel i5 8700K, M2 Hard drive, RTS 2070 super GPU and 32Gb of DDR4 RAM

Any help is welcome!

  I have the same issues with the crashes on Windows 11 and RAW images. I cannot find a common element but it often crashes when it is SLOWLY rendering a photo for editing or trying to print or such other busy task. I spent a lot of time with support on my problem and finally gave up.

  Frustrating... When I tried to export a picture recently (with 4 layers I think) it took Luminar forever, had to stop it myself after 45 minutes. Tried 3 or 4 times but no succes, couldn't open the file anymore, crashed, etc...
