Luminar NEO crashes my Windows 10 PC and causes it to restart with a dark screen.

Hello,
My machine reboots immediately when I adjust one of the AI settings. The event never appears in the event log, despite the fact that it appears to be a BSOD. An immediate dark screen appears and the computer restarts. There is no doubt that it is a hard impact. This has occurred since the NEO pre-release version. I've waited patiently for this to be repaired, but even the most recent version has not done so. This presents complications when working in batches, as I can begin a batch and it will process around 60 images before rebooting and halting the process. I must constantly babysit it. Also, when this occurs during a restart, Luminar appears to deregister itself. Whenever I launch neo for the first time following a crash, I am always prompted to check in.

  Could you please try navigating to the BIOS of your computer? Here's how: https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/enter-bios-computer/ 

  Check if the computer is in High-Performance mode. If so, please set it to "Normal" mode.
