Must I always run Luminar Neo as Administrator in Windows to use Extensions

• The Luminar Neo Instruction Manual says that it is necessary to run Luminar Neo as an Administrator in order to install any extensions. 
• I installed both Luminar Neo and the NoiselessAI Extension from my Administrator login on Windows
• When I run Luminar Neo from within the Administrator login, I can see the installed NoiselessAI Extension in Luminar Neo
• When I log into a non-administrator login on Windows and run Luminar Neo (as the standard non-administrator user), Luminar Neo runs but I cannot see the installed NoiselessAI Extension. If though, I run the Luminar Neo application as Administrator from my non-administrator login, I can see the extensions in Luminar Neo.
• Must I always run Luminar Neo as Administrator to use the Extension(s) (e.g. Noiseless AI) that I have installed?
