Luminar Share with PC in Network (no WLAN)
AnsweredHello,
ist it correct that i cant use Luminar Share with Luminar Neo if i have my Luminar NEO Software on a PC connected same Network by LAN? if i use the App in IOS to connect to a Windows PC it wont work - something i need to setup or is this a missing feature?
For me to use this App it is mandatory that i can access workstations connected by LAN as well.
So setup is:
-Windows PC with activated Neo by LAN
-iPad or iPhone connected with WLAN into same Network
Error: no connection to Luminar Neo
please stay safe that you using the same WLAN <- with your devices.
i hope the desc. was helping and a great evening.

Hi!
If you have any connection issues with Luminar Share, make sure that you use the same network for both Desktop and Mobile and they can communicate with each other. Moreover, please ensure that your Luminar Share app is up-to-date (How to update the app: on iOS; on Android)
If the connection still fails, please try the steps below.
