Unable to load any images into Luminar Neo

I am attempting to load .NEF files into Luminar Neo and can't seem to load individual files or a folder that contains files. I am running Windows 11. The files are stored on an external hard drive. When I try to load the files, the screen stays black and nothing happens. This is the only version of Luminar that I have had on my machine. I am a first-time user. Please let me know if I am doing something wrong.  Thanks

  Hi Brian,

  Which camera are they made with? Can those images be added from the internal drive?
