Do CURRENT Subscribers Get the Season Collection bundle FREE?

On My Software page there is offer to get Season Collection bundle. Is this just for new subscribers? Or do we loyal early subcribers get it too?

  Hi Howard,
  it is as it says on the page...free bundle for new customers. As an existing customer it is not free.

  I still feel that loyal subscribers should not have to go through support to achieve the desired result.

  In any event, I am happy the situation was resolved to my satisfaction.
