    Hi Tamir,

as I wrote in another post, NEO runs on macOS Ventura and without major problems. However, this is only true for me. I have not had a single crash so far. Also it runs fast, even faster than Luminar AI (export function, preview in the catalog, read in the catalog, open an image).
If something should not run properly, it is always useful to provide more details. This is the only way to isolate the problem and help.
At least that is my experience.

I'm having immediate crashes with Neo since I upgraded to MacOS 13.0 Ventura. Luminar AI works OK, but Neo crashes just after the splash screen shows, about 1 second running time.

    Hi Gary,

I made contact with the support. In my case, apparently, the crash happens because i keep all my photos on an external NAS. I must say that I have been working with the NAS and Luminar (AI and Neo) for a long time and only since OS Ventura the crashes happen.

Skylum told me that are going to work on this.

    Good luck.

    Tamir
