Make a Control Point in Luminar Neo (LN)

Hi All -

Please advise where in LN I can set a control point circle, make adjustments within this feathered circle & if I like results, duplicate the formula elsewhere in image ( Alt Something in Aurora). 

( Background - I Just downloaded LN trial version very much in hopes of replacing the 2019 version of Aurora which I liked very much, but never bought a license & can't get now it seems.)

  Hi! You can use the Masking options for applying the tool to the selected area.
