When will you support High Efficiency RAW? The camera has been out for 10 months!! Your suggestion of converting to DNG then using Neo didn't give me good results so I returned to Lightroom. This is not a good situation for lovers of Luminar. Please make this a priority ASAP. I know Nikon is not a market leader any more but we need your help. Thanks.

Hi Glenn -
Currently, the software works with the lossless-compressed files taken with this camera.
At the moment, we can't commit to an exact timeframe for this format support; however, I'll ensure that your request is heard. Therefore, if the lack of high-efficiency RAW support is a deal-breaker for you, we can offer you a refund. If you'd like to proceed this way, please contact us at https://skylum.com/support

Hi Kate,
I've been with Aurora, Luminar for years and will continue to support you so try your best to address the other nikon Z9 RAW support issues. I've used Luminar as a stand alone software even when you didn't have layers, dodge and burn and copy and paste, I adapted until you did. So now that I know you support lossless compressed RAW I've switched to this mode. Pity Skylum didn't send out a 2 sentence email notifying customers of the Z9 support. I have over 3300 files from a job a few days ago that now need to be converted to DNG.
