Kann Luminar Neo nicht installieren

Der Download von Luminar Neo ist nicht möglich. Ich bekomme immer folgende Fehlermeldung:

Bin als Administrator angemeldet.

Virenschutz und Firewall sind deaktiviert.

Windows 11 ist aktuell.

Den Neo - Installer habe ich auch als Administrator ausgeführt.

Betriebssystem habe ich "repariert"  (sfc /scannow)

BITTE um Hilfe....
