Neo crashes during dust removing process, performance is bad.

sorry but you will have much work until your product can replace other products like Photoshop or Lightroom. Luminar AI and Neo are much too slow and do run unstable. They need extremly high resources, which shows me, that the programming is bad. I've a brand new fast work station with works very fast with Lightroom, Photoshop and also with other programs too. Neo crashes while removing dust and also while exporting more than 2 photos in one step. That's not aceptable for me. If the performance and stability will not be improved during the next weeks, I will uninstall your products and will never use them again.
