subscription not shown in in skylum

I got a subscription to the Luminar Neo masterclass & Luminar - Power bundle, but I cannot download the software. I tried to link my subscription mail id, but it shows a display as I cannot add current mail 

 

Purchased - Luminar - power bundle & Luminar Neo - master class.

 

need support linking my mail id in Skylum to download the software which I purchased.

  Hi Srinivas,

  The purchase is linked to your email. You should have received an invoice to this email. This email is also required to log in to Skylum account. Your software should be displayed there. If it is not displayed there, please write to: support@skylum.com
