Adding the new HDR files sent to me...

There was no information on how to add the new HDR files sent to me.   I clicked on each, and it brought up my Skylum apps, but nothing stating they where added.   No explanation as to 'if' they where added either.   One is a .zip file that I clicked on, and again...what does one do after clicking on it, as there was no indication that any change was made!   I'm a senior, and not as 'techie' as some young folks, so more help and explanation on how to do this certainly would give us all help after spending our hard earned $$!

Thank you for any explanation on finding out 'if' clicking on these actually added them to the applications, and how am I to find out if they have been.
