ok i did what you asked took the screenshot but when i hit send email it comes back because 

skylum.com/support isn't a valid email address

now if you would like me to send you the pic of my mac os info give me your email address or anyones email address that will work  my frustration level is at an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10

  skylum.com/support is the URL for a webpage and is not an email address. Go to the indicated webpage, scroll down  to "Contact Skylum Customer Support" and take it from there.
