Neo no longer working as an Affinity Photo plug-in

Luminar Neo has worked flawlessly in Windows as an Affinity Photo plugin thru version 1.3.0, now that 1.4.0 has been installed it can no longer be run as a plugin. Can this be fixed or can I somehow go back to using 1.3.0 as I really need to use this as a plug-in?

  Hi - Please note that Luminar Neo isn't compatible with Affinity Photo. Therefore, as much as we'd love to, we cannot guarantee that Neo works properly in combination with this program. 

  If you need to roll back to the 1.3.0 version, please contact us at https://skylum.com/support, and we'll provide you with the download link.

  On my system, using Windows 10, Affinity Photo 1.10.5 and Neo 1.4, Neo works as a plugin as before. But it takes a long time for Neo to load.
