Luminar neo is unusable!

Hi I have Luminar 4 and Luminar AI and was very happy with them. I decided to 'upgrade' to NEO and also purchased a large amount of templates. Using the plugin (I work exclusively from Photoshop) I can apply 1 effect and when undoing it to try another the program hangs and sits there like a lemon for half an hour!

I have just spent over $400 for nothing. I have 64 GB ram, no images in the catalogue and am unable to use this software.

How am I best placed to get my money back and stick with Luminar AI?
