Purchased NEO Extension Pkg for $69j- no HDR extension - was previously provided

I hold an Aurora license and was provided with the new HDR license in my last update.  I just bought the extension pkg for $69 which also included the HDR extension, but it did not download.  Info on my account says it has been installed... but not on my version of NEO  apparently.  I did get the "Noiseless" extension... help!
