Won't launch after update

This morning Neo prompted me to update which I did and now it won't launch.. It starts then crashes.. Tried uninstalling a  reinstalling but that didn't fix anything  ..Any thoughts on what to try next?

  Also a rebooted PC ..All I get is a "stopped Working" screen

  Bonjour, j'ai le même problème depuis la mise à jour 1.4.0. Skylum m'a juste proposé de désinstaller et réinstaller ce qui n'a rien résolu. Je viens à nouveau de leur remonter l'information.
