    Hi Member,

    Have you tried creating a new catalog and editing the images from there?

    I have been having the same issue. Support is very supportive but cannot duplicate.

    I recently upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 so I thought it may have been the install. Uninstalled, cleared registry , reinstalled - still happening. 

    Support thought it could be the catalog but I created a new one and was able to duplicate the issue in the new catalog.

    For me, sometimes it crashes and other times it just stalls, eventually crashes and takes Windows 11 with it. Often, when it stalls, it takes all other programs - like Google Chrome down too. So that is super weird. I am wondering if it does not play well with Windows 11.
