Radial stripes after erease tool

Hello together,

after using the eraser tool, there are streaks especially in the sky. These are not straight lines, but have radial progression. After exporting the images, I can see them further in the final image. 

Does anyone else have this problem? Is it because of the filter or how can I turn it off? It's nice that now with version 1.40 the cloning tool is finally there. That doesn't seem to have the same problems.
