do I need the large .tid files stored in resources?

trying to free up space and it seem new wants to make large files in catalog/resources.  Love to delete them if it won't mess up how the program works.  Any ideas??

  Hi Michael Descher,

  We do not recommend deleting anything from the Resources folder since this might lead to losing your edits.

  Hi Michael,

  as Helena already wrote, just let the program be the program. Do not delete anything to "free up memory". I recommend to equip the PC with more memory instead of deleting important files of the program and risking that the program will not run properly or settings will be lost.
