Adding extensions.

I have downloaded Luminar Neo on to my iMac but I can't add extensions.  I open up Photo Shop like is says but can't find a way to add it as a plug in or to to get a window to enter Skylum and get the puzzle piece to appear.  I do have the Luminar Neo Catalog installed.
